Delivery Information

Where we deliver

We currently only deliver to UK mainland addresses, excluding Northern Ireland. We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

Delivery Costs

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100 to UK Mainland. For orders under £100 there is a delivery charge of £6.95.

Separate Deliveries

Orders containing multiple products and/or brands will be shipped separately, as we work with multiple manufacturers, artisans and warehouse locations.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Our products have different delivery times and are subject to stock availability. A guide to expected delivery times are displayed clearly on each individual product page. Please note these are estimates only, you will receive updates directly from the carrier(s) on your delivery.

Order confirmation

We’ll send you a confirmation email when your order has been placed with full details of your order. Please check this to make sure all your order information is correct. If your delivery address is incorrect, please notify us by email immediately and include your new delivery address and we will attempt to update your order. If your order has already been processed and booked for delivery, unfortunately we are unable to amend.

Important Information on Large Item Deliveries

If you any special delivery instructions please place them in the comments box at checkout. This should include any access issues to the property to ensure safe delivery of your items. The majority of our products are large, heavy, and may contain components such as glass. It may therefore be necessary to deliver them to you on a pallet. Pallet deliveries are made via large heavy lorry, and as such the following conditions are required in order for us to deliver: sufficient road size and condition to take the weight and size of the vehicle, sufficient access to the entrance of the property, vehicle turning space to return to the road. Our courier partners will make pallet deliveries to the outside of the property closest to where the vehicle can access. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to unpack the goods, move them into the property and dispose of the pallet and packaging. If you feel you will be unable to move the goods safely, it is your responsibility to ensure you arrange for assistance/manpower to receive the goods – some couriers may be able to assist but this is solely at their discretion. Please contact us before to purchasing if you are unsure if the goods require pallet delivery or if you are unsure if the property access meets the conditions above.

Accepting your Delivery

We advise you carefully open and inspect the goods before signing for and accepting the delivery to ensure there are no issues. If the goods are damaged, have parts missing, or are faulty you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make things right.
